Objectives of Training Centre

To cater to the requirement of training of Mechanical Supervisors being ‘Frontline Manager’so that they prove more effective and efficient in their workplace to meet the organizational needs.

To upgrade the knowledge, skill and positive attitude as per need of Railway Organization.

To update and refresh the supervisors with latest development in C&W and Loco maintenance practices.
